The
country house Il Frantoio is located in a open countryside 10 minutes
by car from Perugia, 15 minutes from Assisi and 20 minutes from Gubbio.
The old but well-kept and entirely restructured farmhouse is at the
40 acre farming industry in the open countryside. The agriturismo is
composed by six apartments divided by number of people: two, four up
to six person. They all provided by self entrance, autonomous central
heating, bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, TV color and fireplace. The country
house is surrounded by a large park with old tall trees, a small orchard
and a wise parking. We also rent mountain bike, It is possible to visit
the on-site olive oil processing industry. In the summer time we provided
discount ticket for the “Club Polispotivo”, (5 minutes by
car) Sportive complex that include swimming pool, tennis and table football.
